Swim and let you be floated by sea waves.
Salt water pumps blood from lower limbs and abdomen bringing more oxygen to the brain making us feeling more reactive and full of energy.
At the same time the sound of waves breaking onto our body sends messages to our brain, making us feel in a deeply relaxed state and our body reinvigorated.
Sea water is particularly beneficial to the skin, enhancing its elasticity and improving its outer appearance.
Studies show that salt water helps in treating skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and acne. Although the results are not visible immediately, swimming regularly in salt water gradually improves the appearance and skin’s conditions.
Salt water is also a good way to relieve stress and alleviate joints and muscles inflammation because of the bromide, which helps in relieving muscular pains.
Swimming in the salt water is not too fatiguing and helps to keep you healthy and beautiful.
Even if you don’t dive into seawater, just breathing sea air (charged with ions that speed up the ability to absorb oxygen and balance levels of serotonin improving mood and stress level) will make you sleep better and deeply at night.
Also drinking salt water (not sea water) brings benefit.
Apparently a daily glass of water with added a little salt would help to get rid of tiredness, stabilize blood pressure and reduce appetite
Cheers to salt water!
