Despite these so cold days, Spring is already in the air.
We can feel it around us. There are just few days left before the most beautiful period of the year.
Flowers and plants gladden us with bright and shiny colors and intense fragrances.
The energy around us increases exponentially!
We will leave the Winter behind us.
It gave our skin an hard time, making it dry and yellowish, cancelling the radiant light reached during the past summertime.
That’s why it is important to start taking care of our skin and protect it from the sun exposure, at least a month before the beginning of the Spring.
The recommended precautions to obtain a healthy and brighter skin are few but fundamental.
Some of them should be followed whole year long but you are still in time to regain and face the imminent Spring:
1. Quench your skin’s thirst with Radio frequency treatments.
Radio frequency is the most recommended firming, anti-aging and after-Winter treatment.
The Radio frequency stimulates the fibroblasts, which produce collagen and elastin, reducing the fine lines and wrinkles. As a result the skin is more bright and deeply hydrated.
Therefore, benefits are granted for a long period and the hydration will be preserved.
2. Deep exfoliation
Through a deep exfoliation, the pores are clean from every impurity, giving the skin an immediate healthy appearance.
Through a deep exfoliation treatment, you remove dead cells.
Dead cells from one side are responsible for the dull colour of the skin and from the other side do not allow the penetration of the cosmetic product into the skin.
It is recommended to repeat the treatment at least once a month until summer is coming.
3. Use the SPF
Skin has to be protected from sun exposure even in Winter.
Although sunlight is fundamental for the vitamin D supply.
Especially in this transition period, it is suggested to use a moisturizing cream with at least SPF 15.
4. Last but not least: drink, drink and drink!
Do not forget to hydrate the skin because it has been exposed to rigid temperature in Winterand that make the skin dry and dehydrated.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
