Our skin goes through the seasons following their natural biorhythm that stimulates every part of our body.
Each season tells us a different story.
Each of us tends to associate a color to a specific season, for example bright green to spring, light blue to summer, gray to winter or brick color to autumn.
Moreover flowers, sea, leaves and mountains can be respectively associated to spring, summer, autumn and winter.
Other elements like fruit, vegetables, traditions, holidays, lights, fabrics and clothes can make us think immediately about a season.
Even our bodies and skin react in a different way according to seasons.
With the start of Autumn, we need a super hydrating cream even if the skin is not dry like during the winter. It feels stretchy and it needs more hydration and balance.
And then during Winter time, our complexion becomes even drier also because of dust and heating. That’s why it is so important to drink a lot of water in order to hydrate our skin.
If we do not protect it properly against low temperatures, it gets flushed and dehydration patches can occur.
During Spring we spend more time outdoors under the sun and that’s when different skin reactions due to allergies or intolerances – that cause seasonal allergic rhinitis too – can happen.
In the Summer the skin is exposed to sun rays and if we don’t protect it, our complexion gets flushed and burnt. But also salty water, sweat and sand can irritate it.
As you can see our skin goes through the seasons following their natural biorhythm that stimulates every part of our body.
Remember to take care of it all year round, as if it were the most precious thing.
A soft and beautiful skin makes us feel safe and pampered.
Let’s make it is the most beautiful dress we have.
